Since I'm banned from shopping for 3 months, I decided to shift my attention more to cooking, which has become one of my favorite past time. However, for no reasons, my cookings turn out more towards the italian/mexico/western style instead of chinese. Perhaps because of the spice that I used, nevertheless it definitely taste good and I'm extraordinary proud of my specially made rum & cola pork ribs.

I cooked all the above for our dinner on Monday and it turned out to be unexpectedly nice. I got a 10/10 for my pork ribs from the fussy bf even. :)
